Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BetUnlocker website, applications, services, data, tools and related features (“BetUnlocker” or the “Service”).

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using BetUnlocker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.

1. About BetUnlocker

BetUnlocker is a sports-data and analytics platform that analyzes betting odds from multiple third-party bookmakers and identifies potential arbitrage betting opportunities (“surebets”).

BetUnlocker provides information and analytical tools only.

BetUnlocker:

• is not a bookmaker or sportsbook;
• does not accept wagers;
• does not place bets on behalf of users;
• does not hold betting funds;
• does not determine or control bookmaker odds;
• does not guarantee that a bookmaker will accept a user’s wager.

Any decision to place a bet with a third-party bookmaker is made independently by the user.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal gambling age applicable in your jurisdiction if that age is higher, to use BetUnlocker.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of BetUnlocker and any betting activity you undertake is permitted under the laws and regulations applicable to you.

BetUnlocker may restrict access to the Service in certain countries or territories.

3. Your Account

You may be required to create an account to access certain BetUnlocker features.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your login credentials secure.

Your account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, share or otherwise provide access to your account to another person without our permission.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact BetUnlocker support immediately.

4. BetUnlocker Data and Surebet Opportunities

BetUnlocker analyzes odds obtained from bookmakers and/or third-party data providers to identify potential arbitrage opportunities.

A surebet may exist when the combined implied probabilities of opposing outcomes are below 100%, potentially allowing stakes to be distributed across the outcomes so that a positive return may be achieved regardless of the result.

However, betting markets can change extremely quickly.

Odds displayed by BetUnlocker may change, become unavailable or differ from the odds displayed by the bookmaker by the time you attempt to place a wager.

Users must therefore verify the odds, market, event, selection and stake directly with the relevant bookmaker before placing any bet.

5. No Guarantee of Profit

BetUnlocker does not guarantee profits, returns or successful betting outcomes.

Figures displayed by the Service, including potential profit, ROI, stakes and payouts, are calculations based on the odds and information available to BetUnlocker at that particular time.

Actual results may differ because of circumstances including:

• odds movements;
• delayed or incorrect data;
• suspended markets;
• bookmaker stake limits;
• rejected or partially accepted bets;
• cancelled or void bets;
• different settlement rules;
• account restrictions;
• currency conversion;
• rounding of stakes;
• technical errors or interruptions.

You remain responsible for checking all information before placing a wager.

6. Third-Party Bookmakers

BetUnlocker is independent from the bookmakers displayed through the Service unless expressly stated otherwise.

Bookmaker names, logos and other identifiers may be displayed to identify the source of particular odds.

When you use a bookmaker, you enter into a separate relationship with that bookmaker and are subject to its own terms, rules and policies.

BetUnlocker is not responsible for the actions of third-party bookmakers, including account restrictions, stake limitations, rejected bets, withdrawals, settlements, account closures or changes in odds.

7. Subscriptions

BetUnlocker may offer Free, PRO, ELITE or other subscription plans.

The features included with each plan are displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time.

Paid subscriptions are charged at the price displayed during checkout.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, subscriptions automatically renew for the applicable billing period until terminated in accordance with the subscription terms presented to you.

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

8. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors.

BetUnlocker does not necessarily store complete payment-card information on its own systems.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable charges associated with your selected subscription.

If a payment fails, expires, is reversed or cannot be processed, access to paid features may be suspended or downgraded.

9. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the relevant subscription period has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided by BetUnlocker.

If you experience a technical or billing issue, you may contact our support team for review.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Acceptable Use

You may use BetUnlocker for your personal, lawful use.

You must not:

• copy, scrape or systematically extract BetUnlocker data;
• resell or redistribute opportunities or data without authorization;
• use automated systems to access the Service without permission;
• attempt to reverse engineer the Service;
• bypass subscription or access restrictions;
• interfere with BetUnlocker’s systems or security;
• share paid account access with unauthorized users;
• use BetUnlocker for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

11. Intellectual Property

BetUnlocker and its software, design, algorithms, databases, branding, graphics, text and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to BetUnlocker and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. It does not transfer ownership of BetUnlocker’s technology, data or intellectual property to you.

Third-party trademarks and bookmaker logos remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Service Availability

We aim to provide a fast and reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party data interruptions, network failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, update or discontinue particular features when necessary.

13. Data Accuracy

BetUnlocker processes large volumes of rapidly changing sports and betting-market data.

Although we take reasonable measures to provide accurate information, errors, delays, duplicates or discrepancies may occur.

The odds displayed by the relevant bookmaker at the time you place a bet should be considered the final information for that wager.

14. Responsible Use

BetUnlocker should be used responsibly.

Arbitrage betting can reduce certain forms of outcome risk when executed correctly, but it does not eliminate all financial, operational or bookmaker-related risks.

Never wager money that you cannot afford to lose.

If betting is negatively affecting you, we encourage you to stop using betting-related services and seek appropriate assistance.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BetUnlocker will not be responsible for losses arising from your betting decisions or your use of third-party bookmakers.

This includes losses resulting from changing odds, incorrect stakes, rejected bets, bookmaker restrictions, data delays, technical problems or differences between information displayed by BetUnlocker and information available from a bookmaker.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to BetUnlocker where we reasonably believe that an account:

• violates these Terms;
• is being used fraudulently;
• threatens the security or operation of the Service;
• is being shared or commercially redistributed without authorization.

Users may stop using BetUnlocker at any time.

Termination does not affect obligations or charges that arose before termination.

17. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and the rights available to you regarding your personal information.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to BetUnlocker, applicable laws or our business practices.

Where appropriate, we will notify users of material changes.

Continued use of BetUnlocker after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the user’s country of residence.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms applicable under relevant law.
